Company Description
Within the Customer Service team, your main mission will be to ensure the efficient management of spare parts and logistics operations, supporting workshop activities and contributing to operational excellence across the Customer Service Centre.
As a key member of the team, you will play an important role in maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating spare parts flows and supporting the timely delivery of services to internal and external stakeholders.
In this context, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the receipt, verification and storage of spare parts and related documentation
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring the accuracy of stock records through regular controls and cycle counts
- Preparing picking lists and coordinating the timely distribution of spare parts to support workshop repair activities
- Supporting order management activities, including order preparation, shipment coordination and customer follow-up
- Coordinating the shipment and return of components while ensuring compliance with logistics and customs requirements where applicable
- Monitoring inventory movements and supporting forecasting activities to ensure appropriate stock availability
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting the integrity of logistics and inventory management processes
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to spare parts management, logistics flows and operational efficiency
- Collaborating closely with Customer Service teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
- Contributing to quality initiatives and ensuring compliance with Company procedures, standards and guidelines
Job Description
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations or supply chain coordination
- Experience working with spare parts, inventory control or distribution processes would be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, dependable and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and inventory or ERP systems
- Experience within a luxury, technical service, manufacturing or customer service environment would be an advantage
- Fluency in English is required
