Job Description
We’re looking for a creative, culture-driven Marketing Manager to bring our property to life across every touchpoint. This role is equal parts strategist, storyteller, and tastemaker—someone who can translate a brand vision into unforgettable guest experiences and high-impact campaigns.
From buzz-worthy hotel openings to scroll-stopping social content and immersive partnerships, you’ll be at the center of it all—driving awareness, shaping perception, and generating revenue.
What you'll do
- Execute a social-first content strategy that feels authentic, elevated, and on-trend
- Create compelling, story-driven collateral and campaigns that capture attention and inspire action
- Manage email marketing strategy—from concept to send
- Oversee website content, ensuring copy, imagery, and video reflect the brand’s voice and vision
- Partner with digital teams to deliver high-performing campaigns that convert
- Work closely with Sales to craft best-in-class collateral supporting revenue goals
- Support partnerships, sponsorships, and one-of-a-kind experiences that build cultural relevance
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce standout marketing assets
Qualifications
Who you are
- College Education (Bachelor’s degree - preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in luxury or design space with experience in marketing, social media or PR
- A natural storyteller with an eye for design, detail, and brand voice
- Deeply in tune with social trends, hospitality culture, and luxury lifestyle spaces
- Equal parts creative thinker and execution powerhouse
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- A collaborator who thrives across teams and loves bringing ideas to life
