Job Description
The Manager, Data Strategy at ATPCO oversees the development and execution of data-driven initiatives that support the company's long-term objectives. This role leads a team of Data Strategists who transform, analyze, and optimize data to enhance business decision-making, improve data integrity, and align strategies with evolving industry needs. The Manager is expected to serve as a subject matter expert in ATPCO’s data products and drive innovation through the development of advanced analytical models, frameworks, and processes. Working cross-functionally, this leader ensures data solutions contribute to ATPCO’s position as a trusted industry authority while fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Data Strategists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.
- Spearhead the development of advanced analytical models, frameworks, and data-driven strategies to address complex business challenges and influence key decisions.
- Oversee the identification, transformation, and strategic use of data to support business objectives.
- Maintain a thorough and expert-level understanding of ATPCO’s data products and how they interconnect with other offerings.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align data strategies with broader business and industry needs.
- Drive process improvements for data integrity, consistency, and usability across systems and teams.
- Support team members in developing documentation, business cases, and strategic recommendations that drive organizational alignment and execution.
- Anticipate, recognize, and resolve complex issues or questions that arise within the team, department, division, or with stakeholders.
- Leverage a deep understanding of business dynamics to craft and implement strategies that identify high-impact opportunities across the organization.
- Ensure high-quality, timely execution of data-driven initiatives and projects with measurable business outcomes.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the team and across departments.
Salary Range: $140,134 — $161,736 USD
