We are also supporting the modernisation and development of energy grids, managing the setup and siting for new transmission and distribution networks, and using hydrogen to decarbonise the transport and industry sectors.
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support our Operations Manager in the delivery of infrastructure and energy-related projects in Uzbekistan. This role requires hands-on experience in industrial, infrastructure, construction, EPC, or energy projects. Candidates from only IT, finance, or non-technical project backgrounds will not be considered.
- Support project planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting activities.
- Monitor project progress, risks, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and engineering teams.
- Prepare regular project reports and maintain project documentation.
- Support contract follow-up, invoicing, payment tracking, and commercial coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and QHSE requirements
- Contribute to project management process improvements and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in project management, project engineering, or project coordination.
- Experience in power plants, renewable energy, substations, transmission lines, airports, railways, or similar projects is highly preferred.
- Experience in international project environments, EPC projects, or FIDIC contracts is a strong advantage.
- Advanced English and Russian are mandatory.
- Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
