Job Description
Richmond BMW/Mini, a subsidiary of Asbury Automotive Group, which is the 5th largest automotive retailer in the country with over 80 stores and over 29 brands, is currently looking for an Experienced Finance Manager!
We are looking for a driven Experienced Finance Manager to join us in supporting our sales staff, and assist us in building and representing the brand.
We can provide a highly competitive compensation plan that includes a base, plus commission and bonus pay, incentives from the manufacturer, along with the security of being a part of an award winning location and brand.
Qualifications
Job Responsibilities
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
- Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
- present finance and product options to customers
- Maintain impeccable reputation with lenders
- Produce & submit accurate paperwork for title work and to secure funding from finance sources in a timely manner
- Meet monthly objectives
- Adhere to all local and national regulations and work with sales management to ensure maximum profit
- Work with service advisors to address customer inquiries with regard to warranty and service contracts
Job Qualifications
- Current Auto Finance Experience Required
- Be Able to Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Strong Computer Skills (Internet, MS Outlook, Dealertrack, ADP)
- Must be able to present a proper menu presentation
- Provide desk support when needed and work with management team
- Deal with local and national bankers and manufacturer representatives
- Understand tag and title laws; DMV
- Working Knowledge of subprime finance
