Job Description
Who You Will Work With
Support the management and performance of Arista’s global Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) partners. Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Contract Manufacturers to drive manufacturing competitiveness, cost performance, operational excellence, and New Product Introduction (NPI).
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day and strategic business engagement with assigned EMS partners, ensuring alignment on cost, quality, delivery, inventory, capacity, and operational performance.
- Support RFQs, manufacturing award decisions, and volume allocation strategies through financial, operational, and capacity analysis.
- Monitor Manufacturing Value Add (MVA) performance and support quarterly cost negotiations through benchmarking, cost analysis, and savings opportunity identification.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing spend reporting, spend split analysis, cost reduction tracking, and sourcing performance metrics.
- Coordinate the Contract Manufacturer Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process, including scorecards, performance assessments, executive presentations, and action plan tracking.
- Analyze manufacturing competitiveness across sites and partners, identifying opportunities to improve cost, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Support NPI manufacturing strategy, including site selection, capability assessments, production readiness reviews, and manufacturing ramp activities.
- Drive resolution of supply chain, operational, quality, and fulfillment issues with manufacturing partners and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor manufacturing partner performance against business commitments and drive accountability for corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support capacity planning, footprint optimization, and supply chain risk mitigation activities across the global manufacturing network.
- Develop executive-level reporting and business reviews highlighting manufacturing performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally to support manufacturing strategy, sourcing decisions, cost reduction programs, and business growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, operations, supplier management, or program management.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and global supply chains.
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cost analysis, supplier performance management, and sourcing activities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders across functions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Must be based in Penang with legal work rights.
