Job Description
Who You’ll Work With
You will work with software development engineers, systems integrators, business executives, product owners, and cross-functional project teams to analyze business requirements, map functional workflows, and ensure high-quality technical solutions. You will also act as the primary bridge between technical delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure total alignment with corporate goals.
The role will provide opportunities to create real impact in optimizing core business application platforms, shaping data flow architectures, and driving agile delivery across a rapidly growing, interconnected enterprise ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated IT Service Delivery Lead to drive our business applications landscape. In this role, you will champion delivery by blending the strategic oversight of a Lead Project Manager with the analytical depth of a Business Analyst. You will oversee multi-system integrations, optimize core platforms, and ensure high-quality technical solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead complex IT business application projects from inception through deployment using Agile methodologies.
- System Integration: Oversee data flow and structural architecture across multiple interconnected enterprise systems.
- Business Analysis: Gather technical requirements, map functional workflows, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Sprint Management: Maintain product backlogs, plan sprints, and run daily standups within Jira.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and business executives to ensure alignment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in Lead Project Manager, Business Analyst, Functional, or Consultant roles.
- ERP Expertise: Deep, hands-on administrative or implementation experience with NetSuite is strictly required.
- Methodology: Proven mastery of Agile frameworks and expert-level proficiency utilizing Jira for project tracking.
- Technical Breadth: Demonstrated success managing multi-system integration environments and cross-platform data flows.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional English communication skills, a proactive mindset, and top-tier organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite CRM: Direct experience configuring or managing NetSuite’s CRM application modules.
- Salesforce: Practical knowledge or administration experience with the Salesforce CRM ecosystem.
