Job Description

The Modern Workplace Adoption Specialist will drive the adoption and effective use of Microsoft 365 and related digital tools across the organisation. The role focuses on enabling new ways of working, improving productivity, and maximizing the organization’s technology investments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading change management initiatives and engaging stakeholders across departments.

  • Assessing digital skills, adoption levels, and user needs.

  • Developing strategies and adoption plans aligned with organizational goals.

  • Designing and delivering tailored training, coaching, and enablement programs.

  • Creating user guides, tutorials, FAQs, and communication materials.

  • Monitoring adoption trends, analyzing feedback, and recommending improvements.

  • Supporting AI-enabled workplace initiatives, including Copilot integration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Communications, Education, Change Management, or equivalent experience.

  • Knowledge of English: min. C1 level

  • 5+ years in digital adoption, user enablement, or workplace consulting.

  • Hands-on experience in organizational change, communication planning, or transformation projects.

  • Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 training and user support.

  • Experience with digital analytics, user research, and hybrid/remote workforce enablement.

  • Desirable: Large multinational organizations, AI-assisted process change, Copilot deployment, Cornerstone platform experience.

Skills:

  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 apps: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Viva, Power Apps, Copilot, Stream, Clipchamp.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into simple language for diverse audiences.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.

  • Graphic design/visualization skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar.

  • Knowledge of digital security, compliance, data governance, and accessibility standards.

 

Desirable:

  • Microsoft 365 certifications (MS-900, MS-700, PL-900, AI-900), Change Management (PROSCI/ADKAR), or instructional design/graphic design certifications.
  • Knowledge of French language: basic level
