Established in 2016, the Greek entity Arηs Developments Hellas aims to extend Arηs Group activities dedicated to the European market providing high-quality services in Software Development, covering the entire application development lifecycle: starting with user requirements, business process redesign and specifications, to continue with development, testing and application maintenance.

Job Description

•    Contribute to user engagement and training

  1. Provide User support in particular in the areas of time tracking, resource management, data integrity and visualisations.
  2. Support the administration team in developing in house skills to fully support the application and achieve configuration extensions.
  3. Support the translation of business needs and ICT processes to the Planisware platform
  4. Tailor existing default workflows and develop additional workflows to support business processes
  5. Support with the testing of the application robustness, administering parallel non production systems

• Provide expert technical advice and assistance for optimising the configuration of the Planisware PPM for ICT, including

  1. Hiding or deactivating modules and functions not used
  2. Tailoring of variables and fields to match the client' s ICT landscape
  3. Provide insight on use of additional modules of the Planisware suite (already included in the licenses purchase) in next phases of the product deployment
  4. Application of best practices from the use of the specific suite in other enterprise environments

• Identification and high-level description of functional and non-functional requirements, technical requirements;

Qualifications

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor degree plus 10 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 9 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Certification: PM Certification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI PMP, PM2 Certified or similar.
  • At least 9 years of experience leading cross-functional and multicultural teams in international ICT project environments, with a proven ability to coordinate, and align diverse team efforts to successfully deliver complex projects.
  • At least 9 years of experience presenting complex ICT project plans, progress reports, and outcomes in English to stakeholders, including clients, executives, and cross-functional teams.
  • Managed minimum 5 end to end projects involving Commercial-off-the-Shelf software deployments, Cloud deployment, incremental software delivery, ICT infrastructure deployment, and/or service integration with external parties.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in working in an international environment and/or 2 years in EU institutions or bodies
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a highly regulated environment, preferably in a public/government environment.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in standard project management tools such as MS Project.
  • Good knowledge of planning and estimation techniques
  • Good knowledge of MS office including PowerPoint timelines and schedule visuals.

Desirable:

  • Good knowledge of structured approach to incremental software integration projects working with system integrators, e.g. with an example of a service integration with a third party service provider. Enterprise service bus integration with internal and external services.
  • Good knowledge of infrastructure projects, i.e. projects with a scope to deliver (virtual) infrastructure, connectivity and environments.
  • Good knowledge of Public IT procurement, (EU) tendering processes and contract management throughout project lifecycles.
