Archirodon has been awarded a major Oil & Gas EPC project in UAE, and is currently building a team of experienced Commissioning Engineer, who will be based in our site Office.

 

Job Description

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, material requisitions, and delivery notes.
  • Ensure proper material identification, tagging, and traceability as per ADNOC and project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, returns, and stock balances.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, QA/QC, and construction teams for material availability and distribution.
  • Monitor material storage conditions and preservation requirements (coating, wrapping, shelf life, etc.).
  • Issue materials to construction teams based on approved material request forms (MRF).
  • Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify and report shortages, damages, or non-conforming materials.
  • Ensure compliance with ADNOC material control procedures and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams for material delivery schedules.
  • Maintain material status reports, stock reports, and tracking logs.
  • Support project close-out and material reconciliation activities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in material control, warehouse, or logistics in Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
  • Experience working on ADNOC or major GCC Oil & Gas projects is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of material management processes, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with construction materials including piping, mechanical, electrical, and civil materials.
  • Good understanding of material traceability and preservation requirements in Oil & Gas projects.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
