We are currently recruiting for a Soft FM Supervisor to join our team at Leuchars Station, Fife, KY16 0JX. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to support the delivery of high-quality facilities management services across a busy and dynamic site.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the cleaning team during periods of high demand, including holiday cover, sickness absence, and peak workloads
• Conducting waste management checks and coordinating with site contractors
• Managing stores operations, including issuing and controlling materials and equipment
• Carrying out routine health & safety inspections
• Escorting contractors on site and ensuring compliance with site rules and safety procedures
• Delivering staff training and guidance where required
• Conducting cleaning assurance checks and audits
• Managing the issue and control of cleaning equipment and COSHH materials
• Supporting compliance with company procedures, health & safety standards, and operational requirements

About you

• Previous supervisory experience would be beneficial but is not essential
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering excellent service standards
• Good understanding of health & safety responsibilities

Important Requirements

• Applicants must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work in the UK
• Successful candidates will be required to pass security vetting and DBS checks prior to commencing employment
