Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Food Service Assistant to support our catering operation by assisting with food service, customer interactions, and general front-of-house duties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in providing outstanding customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner
• Deliver excellent customer service to all customers and visitors
• Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
• Operate tills and process payments accurately
• Replenish food counters, beverages, and retail items throughout service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas
• Comply with food safety, health & safety, and company procedures
• Support the wider catering team with daily operational tasks
