Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Catterick Garrison, North Yorkshire, DL9 4EU. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual looking to develop their leadership skills within a busy catering and hospitality environment. Working weekends, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation and ensuring high standards of service are maintained.

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Weekend Supervisor to oversee catering operations during weekend shifts. You will support the management team by supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, and helping to create a positive experience for customers and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the catering team during weekend operations
• Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times
• Assist with food service, preparation, and presentation where required
• Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and health & safety standards
• Support staff training and provide guidance to team members
• Assist with stock control, replenishment, and operational checks
• Deal with customer queries and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the service throughout each shift

• Previous experience in a supervisory, hospitality, catering, or customer service role
• Strong leadership and team-working skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Additional Requirements

• Employment is subject to satisfactory right to work checks
• Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
• Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK
• Successful candidates must satisfy all security clearance requirements before employment can commence.
