We are currently recruiting for a Chef to join our team at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Camberley, GU15 4PQ. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and skilled chef to become part of a busy catering operation, delivering high-quality meals while supporting a first-class dining experience in a prestigious military environment.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality meals to specification
• Supporting daily kitchen operations and food service delivery
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene, allergen, and food safety standards
• Assisting with stock control, stock rotation, and food ordering processes
• Ensuring food is presented to a consistently high standard
• Supporting hospitality and special events as required
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment
• Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional service

About you

• NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent culinary qualification
• Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate
• Confident chef with strong culinary skills
• Excellent team player with a positive attitude
• Proficient level of spoken English
• Flexible, innovative, and passionate about food
• Ability to work efficiently within a busy catering environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills

Important Requirements

• Applicants must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work in the UK.
• Successful candidates will be required to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
