Retail Assistant - RM Condor, Arbroath, DD11 3SJ

Zero Hour Contract | Working As and When Required | £12.71 Per Hour

We are currently recruiting for a Retail Assistant to join our team at RM Condor, Arbroath, DD11 3SJ. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused individual looking for flexible work within a busy retail environment.

As a Retail Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting the day-to-day operation of the retail outlet.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering excellent customer service to all customers
• Operating tills and handling cash transactions accurately
• Processing card payments and maintaining till records
• Replenishing stock and ensuring displays are well presented
• Undertaking stock rotation to maintain product quality and availability
• Assisting with deliveries and stock checks
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness within the retail environment
• Following all health & safety and company procedures
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day retail operations

• Previous retail, catering, hospitality, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Cash handling and till operation experience would be advantageous
• Reliable and flexible approach to work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills

• Successful candidates will be required to obtain BPSS clearance and Disclosure Scotland clearance prior to commencing employment.
