We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Assistant to join our team at 35
Marylebone Road, London on a zero hour contract. This is an excellent
opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service in a
professional hospitality environment.
As a Hospitality Assistant, you will support the delivery of hospitality services,
meetings, events, and catering operations while ensuring a first-class experience for
customers and guests.

What you'll be doing
• Delivering outstanding customer service across hospitality and catering
operations
• Setting up and servicing hospitality meetings, events, and functions
• Serving food and beverages in a professional manner
• Assisting with food preparation and presentation
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness within hospitality and service areas

• Replenishing stock and ensuring service areas are well presented
• Operating tills and handling customer transactions where required
• Following food safety, health & safety, and company procedures at all times
• Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Previous hospitality, catering, retail, or customer service experience is
desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable, flexible, and adaptable approach to work
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail

• Flexibility is required to support business needs on an ad hoc basis.
• This role is offered on a zero hour contract, with work available as and when
required.
