We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our facilities team in Blanchardstown, Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a conscientious individual who takes pride in maintaining clean, hygienic, and well-presented environments. • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all designated areas, including offices, communal spaces, restrooms, and facilities
• Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with company procedures and health and safety regulations
• Perform a range of cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies such as soap and toilet rolls
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety concerns promptly to management
• Complete all cleaning records and documentation accurately and thoroughly where required
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient completion of cleaning schedules
• Prioritize tasks effectively and manage workload to meet daily objectives and deadlines
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including weekend work when required
• Maintain professional standards and courtesy when interacting with colleagues and building occupants
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety protocols at all times
• Analyze cleaning requirements for different areas and customize your approach to meet specific needs
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and address concerns with a customer-focused mindset

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive onboarding and training will be provided
