Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Cleaning Operative to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers, colleagues, and visitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of cleaning duties across designated areas while ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine cleaning tasks in accordance with cleaning schedules
• Clean and sanitise offices, communal areas, washrooms, and other facilities
• Replenish consumable items such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls
• Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals in line with company procedures
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety concerns
• Ensure all cleaning records are completed accurately where required
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation at all times

What We're Looking For

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
• Good understanding of health and safety practices
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekend work
