We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our growing team in Dublin, Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable individual who takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will play a vital role in ensuring our facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming for all users. Working within a supportive and professional environment, you will contribute to the overall success of our organisation whilst developing your skills and expertise in a collaborative team setting. - Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all designated areas at all times - Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with company procedures and health and safety regulations

• Complete all cleaning tasks efficiently and systematically, prioritising workload effectively to meet organisational objectives - Report maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety concerns promptly to the appropriate supervisor - Ensure all cleaning records are completed accurately and thoroughly where required - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared objectives and support colleagues in delivering excellent service
• Respond professionally to requests and feedback from management and service users - Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and protocols consistently - Maintain a flexible approach to working hours, including potential weekend and evening shifts - Demonstrate resilience and problem-solving when faced with challenging cleaning situations, adapting your approach as needed

• Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team - Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work and time keeping - Good understanding of health and safety practices and procedures - Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage workload efficiently
• Flexible approach to working hours, including availability for weekend and evening work - Safe handling knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals - Excellent communication skills and ability to report issues clearly - Physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, and lifting
• Trustworthiness, discretion, and professional conduct - Willingness to follow procedures and protocols consistently - Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing circumstances - Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive induction and training will be provided - Willingness to learn and develop your skills within a supportive environment
