We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Assistant to join our team in Poole, BH15 1HZ. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to become part of a busy hospitality operation, supporting the delivery of excellent food and customer service across a range of catering and hospitality services.

What you'll be doing

• Providing excellent customer service in catering and hospitality areas
• Assisting with food preparation and food service
• Supporting hospitality functions, meetings, and events
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout service areas
• Operating tills and handling customer transactions where required
• Replenishing stock and ensuring service areas remain well stocked
• Following all food safety, health & safety, and company procedures
• Supporting the wider catering and hospitality team with day-to-day operations
• Assisting with setting up and clearing down hospitality areas

About you

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, retail, or customer service is desirable but not essential
• A positive and professional attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends
• Commitment to maintaining high standards at all times

Additional Information

• 35 hours per week
• 5 over 7 shift pattern
• A mixture of weekday and weekend shifts to support business needs
