Job Description

Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Franchise Assistant to join our team in
Aldergrove, Killead Road, Crumlin, Co. Antrim, BT29 4BP. This is an exciting
opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join a busy food service operation,
delivering great food and excellent service as part of a friendly and supportive team.

As a Franchise Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operation of the outlet,
ensuring customers receive excellent service while maintaining high standards of
food quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing and making pizzas to brand standards
• Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Operating tills and handling cash and card transactions accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the outlet
• Supporting food preparation and service activities
• Restocking products and supplies as required
• Following food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures
• Working as part of a team to deliver an excellent customer experience

Qualifications

• At least 1 year's experience in a similar food service, retail, or hospitality role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Cash handling experience
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

• Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK
