Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Barista to join our team in Stevenage, SG1 2DA. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join a busy catering operation, delivering exceptional coffee, beverages, and customer service.

Job Description

As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming customer experience while preparing and serving a range of hot and cold drinks to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving coffees, teas, and speciality beverages
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times
• Operating tills and processing payments accurately
• Replenishing stock and maintaining attractive product displays
• Assisting with food service and light food preparation as required
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the coffee bar and service areas
• Ensuring all equipment is cleaned and maintained correctly
• Following food safety, health and safety, and company procedures
• Supporting the wider catering team during busy periods

• Previous barista, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Friendly and professional approach

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
