What you'll be doing

• Serving food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner
• Delivering excellent customer service to customers and visitors
• Assisting with food preparation and basic kitchen duties
• Preparing and replenishing food displays and service counters
• Operating tills and handling transactions accurately where required
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout catering and dining areas
• Supporting stock replenishment and assisting with deliveries
• Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service

• Previous experience in catering, hospitality, retail, or customer service is desirable but not essential
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach to work
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and customer care
