We are in search of our next Customer Success and Account Managers who are expert performance marketers with knowledge of or interest in the mobile industry.

They work directly with our customers, our product managers, engineers, and sales teams to maximize the value App Samurai delivers.

App Samurai is a super easy-to-use mobile user acquisition platform that is connected to more than a hundred ad networks and aggregates them with a single advertiser-friendly platform. 

We have grown exponentially reaching over 10,000 customers signed up in less than 3 years from over 50 countries. We are integrated with over 100 ad networks around the world and help mobile user acquisition teams promote their apps or games effortlessly, securely, and efficiently.

Unlike walled gardens, App Samurai is able to maximize ROAS with its proprietary campaign optimization AI and experienced customer success team.  

Job Description

  • Manage mobile campaigns on App Samurai's and our partners' dashboards in accordance with the strategy

  • Work with the customers’ marketing teams to identify business goals, opportunities, and online marketing objectives and assure the highest level of ROAS

  • Supervise and manage mobile user acquisition or branding campaigns on the platform by collaborating closely with customers and ad-network partners around the world

  • Become a trusted advisor to app and game developers to help them grow sustainably and consistently

  • Partner with the product, engineering, data science teams to develop better solutions and lead new integration efforts to reach more partners

  • Support pre-sales efforts for RFI and RFP submissions

  • Provide subject matter expertise to App Samurai sales teams and customers in terms of best practices and capabilities to ensure balanced revenue strategies.

  • Participate, contribute and help develop internal training courses

Qualifications

  • 3 years of performance marketing or mobile user acquisition experience

  • Experienced in managing mobile marketing campaigns for customers

  • Have an understanding of how mobile apps and games generate revenue

  • Have proven analytical skills with the ability to create ad-hoc business reports

  • Have engineering, mathematics, or statistics degree and you are fluent in English, plus another language is a bonus

  • Previous experience at startup companies or app/game developers is a big plus
