Job Description
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. You will take responsibility for managing our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. To do well in this role you need a fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis:
- Work with a big amount of data from different sources.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to understand data structure and identify patterns.
- Develop economical models.
- Evaluate model performance using various metrics and techniques.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data ingestion and processing (including external data sources like web sites, 3rd party APIs etc.).
- Understand and be ready to implement basic data concepts.
- Conduct A/B tests.
Analytics Results & Reporting:
- Create clear and concise reports and prepare research results to communicate data insights.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Ensure that reports effectively convey key findings and are easily understandable by non-technical stakeholders.
- Translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
- Be a strong team player with the ability to share your experience within the team.
- Contribute to the improvement of data analytics processes and methodologies within the organization.
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in SQL & Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.)
- Power BI experience is a plus.
- Proficient using version control systems (e.g., Git).
Continuous Learning and Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest developments in data analytics.
- Participate in professional development activities, workshops, and training programs.
This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven strategies that enhance organizational performance.
