Note: This is a temporary 6-month opportunity.
You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:
- University student from the 6th semester onward in Psychology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Education, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams and understand technical documentation.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Centers, Technical Support, Training, or similar collaborative environments is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity tools.
- Experience using visual design tools such as Canva to create learning or communication materials.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies to support content creation.
- Interest in learning instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Willingness to learn and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:
- Support the execution and rollout of the Release Enablement Kit under the guidance of the Senior Technical Trainer.
- Assist in creating user guides, job aids, training documentation, and enablement materials.
- Translate technical procedures into clear, user-friendly documentation for end users.
- Create and enhance visual learning content using Canva and AI-assisted content creation tools.
- Support the coordination and logistics of technical enablement sessions, workshops, and certification activities.
- Track participant attendance, learning progress, and certification completion.
- Provide first-level support to users during post-release adoption periods by answering operational questions.
- Learn and apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and Kirkpatrick through hands-on experience.
- Document lessons learned, user feedback, and frequently asked questions (FAQs) to improve future enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement of training and adoption programs.
Qualifications
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, and AI productivity tools.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, or Training is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn instructional design and agile enablement practices.
