Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Labourer Non Ferrous Receiver to join our Lévis, Quebec team.
You will primarily be involved in the receiving, sorting, and handling of non-ferrous metals. This position is focused on manual labour, material handling, and metal sorting in a dynamic industrial environment. We are looking for a reliable, active individual who is comfortable with physical work.
What you will be responsible for :
- Greet customers and apply established procedures;
- Unload, handle, and sort materials;
- Identify, classify, and inspect non-ferrous metals;
- Weigh, organize, and prepare materials for shipping or receiving;
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the site;
- Work safely in compliance with HSE standards;
- Perform any other related tasks associated with operations.
Qualifications
To join our team :
- You have experience in an industrial environment, recycling, or a related field (asset);
- You have experience operating a forklift or other equipment (asset);
- You have a valid Class 5 driver’s licence;
- You have knowledge of different types of metals (asset);
- You are in good physical condition and comfortable with repetitive tasks;
- You are responsible, punctual, resourceful, and safety-conscious.
