Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Program Analyst, you will produce content, research and initiatives to advance thought leadership in Graduate Medical Education (GME). You will source and collect data from various online platforms, surveys, and data banks collaborating to research initiatives. Supporting our Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine (COMs), you'll engage in data, research and story creation to meet both short- and long-term goals. Your role involves researching, developing, pitching, and executing original project ideas, individually and collaboratively. You'll create toolkits and learning resources, assist with rapid-response activities to support members related to GME development including accreditation requirements and policy changes, and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. Your responsibilities include authoring briefs and reports for various audiences, coordinating with consultants and partner organizations, implementing GME strategies, and overseeing project plans to ensure milestones are met. You will track key performance indicators, create impact reports, and work with member institutions to identify and resolve roadblocks, document best practices, and communicate program successes. Additionally, you'll plan and facilitate meetings, workshops, and conferences, review and edit consultant-produced work, and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
WHO WE NEED
We are seeking a highly qualified individual with a master's degree and approximately three years of relevant work experience. The role demands strong research, data sourcing, and data analysis skills, along with the ability to conduct quick research and analyze large amounts of data. Proficiency in tools like Tableau for sharing complex information is essential. Candidates must possess excellent writing and editing skills to communicate ideas clearly to diverse audiences, alongside superb organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple projects in a dynamic policy environment.
Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, showcasing self-motivation and a team-player attitude that is open to feedback. Curiosity and eagerness to develop new knowledge and skills are crucial. Experience with webinar and conference calling systems such as Zoom, ReadyTalk, and expertise in meetings/event planning and execution are required. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint, are necessary. Candidates must be comfortable working with ambiguity, exhibit a professional and flexible manner with a customer-service orientation, and have a proven ability to effectively prioritize workflow with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This is a full-time position with health, dental, vacation and 403(b) benefits. The salary range for this position is $80,000 – 85,000 annually.
