We are looking for a National Construction Lending Business Development Manager to prospect and pursue new client opportunities while cultivating relationships with existing clients. You should have a strong relationships you can leverage to quickly develop new business and expand the relationship with other lines of services Altisource offers.

Job Description
What You Get To Do:
- Generate leads, contracting potential customers – spanning lending institutions, and building relationships
- Be the subject matter expert on construction risk management and/or construction loans
- Sell Altisource’s Construction Risk Management products in the pre-close and post-close phases
- Approach clients with a consultative solutions sales mindset and extensive industry knowledge to both establish client rapport and advise existing and potential clients on industry trends and solutions to stay ahead
- Partner with internal Altisource sales teams to establish a coordinated client acquisition approach
- Create sales roadmaps, potential client target lists, and pair with sales operations to leverage sales data when presenting plans and roadmaps to senior executives within Altisource
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
What About You
- Extensive sales experience within the mortgage industry working with top-tier (national top 150) clients
- Proven history of success in both establishing relationships with top-tier clients and landing/expanding originations-related deals
- Excellent mortgage and construction loan industry knowledge and a strong existing mortgage network
- World-class solutions selling skills with a passion for client service and experience
