An organisation is searching for a motivated IT Analyst who enjoys analysing, designing, and developing systems within an Agile/DevOps environment. This role sits within a multidisciplinary feature team responsible for local IT services and applications. The IT Analyst acts as a bridge between business users and central IT systems, ensuring technical alignment and smooth delivery.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Analyse, design, develop, and test application features and system enhancements.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support the team in backlog refinement.
- Drive innovation and promote new technologies within formal and informal networks.
- Expand responsibilities across development and operations to enable true DevOps workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure value-driven delivery.
- Maintain a high‑quality, pragmatic, results‑focused approach.
- Ensure alignment between local system needs and centrally provided IT services.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with UML, BPMN, or similar analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with designing and consuming REST or SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms (plus).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Basic knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes is advantageous.
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools is a plus.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication in Dutch and English.
- Experience with Confluence and Jira (Kanban/Scrum).
- 3+ years working with analysis methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of API design and system integrations.
- Experience in the automotive and/or financial sector is a plus.
