Job Description

YOU 

  • ensure quality oversight for complex R&D projects and global quality initiatives
  • act as the key QA partner for cross-functional stakeholders and project teams
  • review, approve, and release GMP-relevant documentation and quality deliverables
  • drive quality activities including risk assessments, deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and training initiatives
  • support validation, qualification, and continuous improvement projects
  • provide expert guidance on cGMP compliance and quality standards
  • contribute to audits, inspections, and due diligence activities
  • promote operational excellence and a strong quality culture across the organization

Qualifications

YOU 

  • hold a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in Pharma Quality, QA, Development, or Operations
  • have strong knowledge of cGMP regulations, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
  • bring experience in quality risk management, deviations, change controls, and CAPA processes
  • demonstrate strong project management, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
  • possess solid scientific, technical, and compliance knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry
  • communicate fluently in English

Nice to have: Experience with validation, analytical development, health authority inspections, and global project environments.

Salary: Starting from €4,000 gross per month, with a clear willingness to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and professional experience.
