Alseva is a one-stop-shop in solar power, providing development, design, engineering, procurement, construction, as well as operations and maintenance of PV systems. Belonging to Sunly’s Group we have over 28 GW solar, onshore and offshore wind projects in our pipeline in the Baltics and Poland.

We are expanding PV construction (EPC) services in Baltic market and looking for the exceptional candidate who will lead that objective with wide empowerment and full responsibility. We are looking for a person who is excited by the vision of building a fast-growing business in foreign markets and wants to take an active role in the green energy revolution.

Main responsibilities:

• Strategic company expansion in Baltic market – already secured market with turnover far above 1 milliard PLN annually
• Objective to build few GW of secured PV farms projects in next years
• Responsibility for building up and managing EPC teams in each Baltic country
• Establish business relationships in the Baltic markets and scaling EPC operations in each country
• Responsibility for all aspects of the company business in the Region and defining the relevant business strategies

Requirements:

• Exceptional experience in leading business expansion
• Having a vision for the company's development in the Baltic markets and enthusiasm for the realization of expansion activities
• Experience in managing an international business within the RES industry or other industries
• Desire to build an innovative solar PV business
• Perfectly fluent English is essential
• Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and budgets
