Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our team. As an Events Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of various events. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about event management and eager to gain hands-on experience in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating event logistics, such as venue bookings, equipment rentals, and vendor management.
• Support the creation of event timelines, schedules, and run-of-show documents.
• Help with setting up and dismantling event spaces, including decorations, signage, and seating arrangements.
• Provide on-site support during events by assisting with registration, attendee inquiries, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination for events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or execution is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
