We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk to support daily administrative operations and contribute to an organized and efficient workplace. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy maintaining organization, assisting team members, and working in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities
- Support daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Organize and maintain office files and documentation.
- Prepare and organize documents for internal use.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and office supplies.
- Maintain office supply inventory and assist with restocking.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating daily office activities.
- Support team members with general administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Follow company procedures and office standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
