Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the property management system.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests via phone, email, or in person in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and process payments accordingly.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests.
