Responsibilities:

• Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and presentable condition at all times.
• Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
• Handle inquiries and provide information about the company’s services and policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
