Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate events, client activations, and internal functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring all event logistics are handled efficiently and aligned with company standards. Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept to completion
Support logistical arrangements including venue coordination, materials preparation, and scheduling
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution
Prepare event documentation, reports, and post-event evaluations
Maintain inventory of event materials and supplies
Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
