Job Description
- Conducts phone screens, schedules testing and interviews for weekly new hire classes of up to 25 per class.
- Conducts criminal background checks and drug screens in accordance with FCRA guidelines and client’s Statement of Work.
- Utilizes applicant tracking tools such as Taleo and performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of hiring quality candidates in a timely manner.
- Develops a network of contacts to identify qualified candidates through various channels and partnerships such as, social media, networking events, community, government and educational institutions.
- Collaborates with Recruiting/HR Manager to select appropriate advertising channels.
- Attends career fairs and sets up appropriate displays to attract qualified candidates in addition to managing invitational open house events on site.
- Completes weekly reports on recruitment activities
- Maintains employment records for future reference.
Qualifications
- Must be able to multitask
- Task oriented
- College Degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Office tools
- Must be able to manage highly confidential information
- Sales profile
