Job Description
The Manager, Implementation CoE in India is responsible for the continued success of implementing Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) Workforce Management programs or related projects supporting all product lines. This person will be responsible for the successful leadership of the regional implementation team. This is an experienced professional with expert-level knowledge in project management, defining scope, managing multiple project resources, navigating project issues and risks, maintaining client relationships, and successful deployment of projects. The Manager, Implementation CoE will directly manage Implementation Manager(s) and Implementation Consultant(s) in region, responsible for hands-on training and professional development of direct reports. They will provide continuous improvement to team methodology and tools and streamlining existing project management tools.
Your Responsibilities, Impact & Contribution
- Provide Management and Leadership to Implementation Staff
- Participate in hiring, termination, career planning, performance and/or pay reviews for implementation personnel
- Execute continuous development plans with direct reports, with focus on areas of improvement and action plans
- Mentoring and supporting each team member as necessary to achieve high performance
- Monitor and manage all team activity on a continuous basis, ensuring appropriate distribution of workloads across the team.
- Identify areas on team to streamline processes, and gain buy-in from team to implement internal changes
- Support Client Projects as needed in Implementation Consultant or Implementation Manager role
- Identify areas of improvement on project management methodologies, and implement team efficiencies
- Support the Business Development group with consultation, RFP responses, and late -stage customer presentations
- Build strong client relationships and manage executive relationships internally and externally during implementation, as needed/ directed by Senior Manager of implementation, International.
- Meet expectations and timelines for task and project completion in accordance with Customer/AGS agreements
- Participates in project reviews as required to assure quality and schedule adherence, as needed/ directed by Senior Manager of implementation, International.
- Estimates time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully achieve program objectives

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management
- Experience analyzing complex problems and breaking down components into actionable solutions
- Proven track record of successful execution under tight timelines and complex environments
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Comfortable, delivering professional presentations to middle and executive management
- Ability to provide support, training and guidance to all Implementation Team members
- Overall, 14+ years of experience
- 2+ years managing teams
- 5+ years of relevant experience of project management/leading projects
- Experience working in a people management role of 2 or more individuals
- Thorough understanding of the end-to-end Contingent Workforce Management process
- Experience in process improvement or business process re-engineering, involving multi-faceted systems or processes and utilizing tools and techniques to make business impact
- Expert managerial skills, focused on improving others and helping them succeed in their roles
- Leadership skills, specifically coaching, development and influencing
- Ability to give and receive feedback effectively
