Job Description
- Achieving assigned sales targets
- Deepening existing client relationships; thereby generating incremental business
- Developing insightful proposals and delivering strategic sales presentations
- Working with the Projects unit to execute project specifications and deliver quality results to client Resolving sales or delivery issues
- Driving sales through proper qualification, solution presentation and closing techniques
- Consistently meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales activity goals
- Closing prospective customers using working knowledge of our product lines
- Identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell customers
- Handling inquiries regarding products, pricing, order expediting and customer relations
- Customer focused selling, communication and objection handling
- Delivering prepared sales talking points that describe products or services
- Providing professional, courteous, and efficient customer service to all customers
- Maintaining records of account activity within the sales CRM
- Building relationships with existing customer accounts within the group
- Performing weekly customer calls, site visits and lunch appointments and nurture relationships to ensure we are meeting customer expectations.
- Creating Business Development Plans including prospective target customers, market assessments, and sales plans.
- Preparing and presenting sales presentations, business proposals and client reports to clients and company stakeholders.
- Providing any other such duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by your Line Manager which shall not be considered inconsistent with a position of this nature.
- Increasing sales through account planning and expansion of existing accounts
- Creating Business Development Plans including prospective target customers, market assessments, and sales plans for transition.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates who graduated not earlier than December 2017
- Bsc/BA/Btech in any discipline
- Must have excellent communication skills, goal oriented and result-driven
- Ability to source and network with high profile individuals
- Willingness to learn and grow and pursue a successful career in sales and business development
