Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Workday Payroll Specialist to support and manage payroll operations using the Workday HCM platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance with regulations, and smooth integration with HR and finance systems. This role requires strong analytical, functional, and system configuration skills within Workday Payroll.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5-10 years of experience in Payroll operations with Workday Payroll module.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and integrations (Core HR, Time Tracking, Absence Management).
• Familiarity with U.S. payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Workday Payroll certification or relevant Workday training.
• Experience with Workday Studio or Workday Integration tools.
• Exposure to global payroll operations or third-party vendor integrations.
