Job Title: IT Project Manager with Kronos Workforce Management projects experience

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Project Manager with a strong background in Human Resources to lead and manage a variety of IT projects that integrate with HR processes and systems. This role requires a dynamic individual who can oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects while leveraging HR knowledge to ensure the seamless integration of HR technologies and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects, with at least 2 years of experience working directly with HR teams or HR technologies.
• Proven experience in implementing or managing HR systems such as HRIS, talent management systems, payroll platforms, kronos etc.
• Experience with cloud-based HR solutions (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, BambooHR).
• Strong understanding of both IT project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and HR processes and practices.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex issues and propose practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification preferred.
