Guardian EMS is the premier provider of emergency services and ground transportation in Freemont County, Wyoming. We are seeking Paramedics, & EMT-I's for our ground ambulance operation.

Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Program Director to provide efficient and effective support services to our medical staff management team. 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months' experience in an office or professional setting
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products, including a working knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in the medical industry is not required, but is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills, both in person and over the telephone
  • Ability to compose grammatically correct and well-written emails and written correspondence
  • Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus
