  • Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and support project managers in achieving project objectives, budgets, and schedules.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and modellers through technical reviews and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Support proposal preparation, technical approaches, cost estimation, business development activities, and client presentations.
  • Interface with clients, government agencies, funding institutions, and key stakeholders throughout project delivery.
  • Participate in site visits, field investigations, workshops, and technical meetings as required.

  • Strong experience in hydrologic and hydraulic model development, calibration, validation, and interpretation.
  • Proven experience delivering Flood Risk Assessment, flood forecasting, watershed management, river engineering, and urban drainage projects.
  • Proficiency in ArcGIS/QGIS, geospatial analysis, DEM processing, terrain modelling, and flood mapping.
  • Experience leading technical project delivery and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.
