Oracle Functional Lead

Job Description

The Consultant will co-ordinate with the business to finalize business requirements, review Business Requirements document, Functional requirements specifications and coordinate with development team to clarify any design and functionality related questions.

The functional lead will also conduct internal quality assurance, defects tracking, on point contact for all functional questions, triage calls, maintain detailed development trackers to support design, build and deliver Finance Operational Data Store application built on Oracle 12c database with APEX as front end and back end processes using PL/SQL Ensure that all software developed for migration of production data is developed, controlled, and tested to the highest quality level

Qualifications

Mandatory Skills:

Extensive experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and project delivery coordination.

Expertise in designing and building work flow approvals

7+ years experience in a consulting environment leading clients with solution design and decision making to develop implementation plan

Understanding of Insurance, membership data and related reporting is a plus

Good Communication - Mandatory

Offshore Coordination Experience - Required

Prior Lead role experience a must
