Be proficient in using version control and continuous integration, with tools such as BitBucket, Git and Jenkins.

A knack for benchmarking and optimization, Strong understanding App design principles and interface guidelines.

Write clear, maintainable and testable code that you are proud of.

Review the work of other team members and rate them based on their work.

Good communication skills.
