We’re setting a new benchmark for hospitality in this city, and we’re building a night team to match. When the city goes quiet, the hotel’s most important work begins. At Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, our night team is trusted to run a landmark property with confidence, calm and a touch of French elegance.
As Assistant Night Manager, you’ll step up as a leader of the night shift, with real ownership, real responsibility and the opportunity to develop your own path?.

- Be the face of the hotel after hours: Maintain a visible lobby presence, greet guests, inspect public areas and back of house, and keep the property running to Sofitel standards.
- Develop your team: Brief, coach and train night team members, and deliver a clear operational and financial handover to the day management team each morning.
