• Assist the hospitality team with day-to-day hotel and guest service operations.
• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Support Front Office activities, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Assist the Food & Beverage team with restaurant and banquet operations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest requirements are handled efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
• Handle guest requests and escalate complaints or issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with events, meetings, conferences, and banquet functions when required.
• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
• Maintain professional communication with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Complete assigned administrative and operational tasks.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of hotel operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
