Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across assigned departments, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Drive operational standards, guest satisfaction and service excellence in line with brand and hotel objectives.
- Coordinate with HODs to ensure achievement of operational, financial and guest experience targets.
- Monitor hotel performance, identify operational gaps and implement timely corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, statutory requirements, safety, hygiene and quality standards.
- Support the Cluster General Manager in implementing business strategies, operational initiatives and improvement plans.
- Review guest feedback, RPS/GSS scores and service trends, driving focused actions to improve guest satisfaction.
- Optimize manpower, resources and operational costs while maintaining service quality and productivity.
- Lead cross-functional coordination during peak periods, events, business challenges and operational requirements.
- Develop and motivate operational teams, fostering accountability, teamwork and a strong service-oriented culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
- 10–12 years of relevant hotel operations experience, preferably in branded hotels.
- Strong experience in Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping and overall hotel operations.
- Prior experience in a supervisory/management role with proven team-handling skills.
- Experience in handling guest satisfaction, service standards and operational audits.
- Strong understanding of hotel P&L, budgeting, manpower and cost control.
- Good knowledge of brand standards, safety, hygiene and statutory compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and work effectively in a cluster environment.
- Proficiency in hotel operating systems and MS Office; exposure to Accor/brand systems will be an advantage.
