Job Description

To assist the Front Office Manager in the daily management of the Front Office department namely managing a small team, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the department and providing exceptional, friendly service to ensure our guest journey is a memorable one.

As our next Assistant Manager, you will have the ability to;

  • Show proven leadership experience within a hotel environment;
  • Use initiative and discretion in lieu of the Front Office Manager by taking responsibility for the shift;
  • Drive excellence through professional, approachable people focussed service;
  • Think on your feet and deal with the needs of your team, our guests and the wider hotel team
  • Be a team player; training, empowering and developing your team to provide exceptional service.
  • Become a strong advocate for Accor Live Limitless (ALL) loyalty program and  being proactive in driving strong results with the team.

Additionally you will have a vibrant, and outgoing personality, great attention to detail and a passion for the hospitality industry. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
  • Strong administrative abilities and fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Possess a strong background in Front Office procedures and Opera PMS.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work on a rotating shift roster (mornings, afternoons and evening).
  • Full, clean Driver’s License.
  • Current Manager’s Certificate.
